The Lore of LinkedOut

linkedout.win

Why .WIN Domain?

In the corporate world, 'winning' means promotions, overtime, and stress. Here on LinkedOut, we redefined it: losing a toxic job is the ultimate win. Thus, linkedout.win.

The Anti-Grindset Manifesto

This is not a place to network. It is a place to say what you cannot say on LinkedIn: the boss texting at 11 PM, the layoff over Teams, the intern salary, the 'we are a family' speech. No hustle, no gurus, no 'grateful to announce'. Only what actually happened, told by people who got out, with the company renamed the way it deserves.

How it works

  • Two reactions, both on the side of whoever wrote the vent. The bolt ⚡ is "I feel you": solidarity with the person. "Fire the company" is aimed at the company in the story: it deserves to be fired. There is no dislike here.
  • Write #hashtags inside the vent, up to five. They become links that filter the feed.
  • In Escapes you tell how you got out of a company (renamed, never the real name) and why. Your story lands in the feed with an Escape badge, and the company joins the ranking of places people ran away from.
  • The X on a vent disconnects its author: everything they post disappears from your feed. You can undo it from the Disconnect page.
  • No email, no password. When you create a profile you get an Evasion Code: it is the only way to get back in from another device. Lose it and the profile is gone, so is any trace of you.

The Golden Rules

  • No grindset: nobody here brags about sleeping four hours.
  • Wear failures like medals: getting fired is a chapter, not a stain.
  • Never work for free: no pay, no brain.
  • No real names: not people, not companies. Rename the company the way you called it in the group chat.
  • Real anonymity: no email, no password, no real name. Only an Evasion Code that we cannot recover for you.
